Svetlana Stuefer

Ph.D. and Associate Professor, Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Alaska Fairbanks

Svetlana Stuefer is an associate professor in the College of Engineering and Mines at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF). Her expertise is in cold regions hydrology with an emphasis on snow and ice-related processes. Dr. Stuefer teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses at UAF and advises graduate students. She has led cold region hydrology research in Alaska since 2003. Her scientific work can be viewed at ORCID.
