Toni Aspin
Founder & President, Aspin & Company, Inc.
Toni Aspin embraces lifelong learning. After several years serving as a certified public accountant (CPA) in an international public accounting firm, Aspin attended the University of Washington Foster School Executive Program, earning an MBA. In 2017, she earned a Ph.D. in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Aspin has taught nonprofit management courses for the University of Washington Tacoma Professional Development Center (PDC) since 2012. She taught Nonprofit Studies for the School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences (SIAS) in 2017-18. Since 2022, Aspin has taught a leadership series for master of accounting students at the Milgard School of Business (Milgard). In the summer quarter of 2023, Aspin led the leadership section of the Master of Cybersecurity and Leadership program for Milgard.
Along with teaching, Aspin serves as an organizational effectiveness consultant and executive leadership coach through her firm, Aspin & Company, which launched in 2011. In her practice, she brings deep leadership experience in nonprofit and for-profit sectors to practical applications for her clients.
