Troy Coalman
Senior Director of Donor Impact, Wellspring Family Services
Troy P. Coalman is the senior director of donor impact at Wellspring Family Services, overseeing individual fundraising programs, development and data operations, and serving on the Wellspring operations team. With a career spanning three decades, he has worked in fundraising for education, the arts, social justice, LGBT communities and social services. He specializes in working with annual funds, major gifts, legacy giving, campaigns, data and technology, grants and events.
Coalman is a sought-after presenter and lecturer on fundraising, having contributed to local, regional and national forums. He has held leadership roles with the Association of Fundraising Professionals and advised the international organization. Alongside his fundraising background, he has experience as a branding, marketing and public relations consultant. Outside of his fundraising pursuits, Coalman advocates for LGBT Rights and serves as an accessibility advocate, speaking on accessibility awareness and collaborating with the Seattle Cultural Accessibility Consortium.
