About this Course


Students learn to create Web forms using a combination of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Programming fundamentals in JavaScript are explored more deeply. Core concepts of responsive design are taught, such as mobile-first design, fluid layouts and media queries. Designs are made backward-compatible for older browsers.

Topics Include:

  • Creating, styling and validating Web forms
  • Making dynamic sites interactive with JavaScript
  • Responsive Web design (RWD)
  • Ensuring that designs are cross-browser compatible
