Subu Swayam

Enterprise Data Architect, Sound Transit

Subu Swayam leads strategic initiatives around data management and specializes in data platform infrastructure and analytics at Sound Transit. He has over two decades of experience in the software industry in various roles, including designing, developing and deploying enterprise systems using multiple operating systems and programming languages. He's proficient in mathematical and statistical programming, big data technologies and cloud computing. Swayam's past work includes implementation of real-time systems in the areas of fraud detection, power transmission and outage management.

Swayam is an enthusiastic instructor and has taught college-level courses in mathematics, statistics and computer programming. He also serves as the instructional assistant for the UW Certificate in Big Data Technologies.
