About this Course
This capstone course will give you a more complete understanding of the biotechnology product development process, including the role clinical trials play, so you can gain the skills you need to successfully manage a project. Working in teams, you’ll apply your communication and leadership skills to create and present a project management plan for a biotech product. This plan will feature the key elements that define a project, such as a project charter, a work breakdown structure, and strategies for risk, change, quality and communication.
