About this Course
Generative AI is quickly becoming an essential part of a modern project manager’s professional toolkit — not as a replacement for professional judgment, but as a powerful thinking partner.
In this 10-week course, you’ll learn practical, responsible ways you can leverage generative AI to plan, communicate and deliver projects. Building on what you already know about project management, you’ll explore how AI tools can give you a valuable assist as you clarify scope, generate schedules and risk scenarios, strengthen stakeholder communication and support better-informed decisions. We’ll take a balanced look at AI’s limitations, validating outputs, and how to decide when using generative AI is a good idea — or not. In the end, you’ll be prepared to ethically and effectively collaborate with generative AI tools to confidently manage any project.
