About This Course

In the second course of the series, you’ll continue to build on your audience analysis techniques by applying domain and task analysis to users of technical communication products. You’ll hone your editing skills and develop an editorial voice and tone, including how to integrate AI as an editorial aid to shape content for different audiences and goals. Together, we’ll examine the challenges and opportunities for writing for diverse audiences and continue our explorations of common technical communication deliverables.
