Business management today is all about process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma — a combination of Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma methodologies — sets the standard. Top companies and organizations are using Lean Six Sigma principles to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs and advance business outcomes, and they are looking to hire people who possess these specialized skills.
This two-course certificate program delivers the full toolbox of Lean Six Sigma concepts, frameworks and practices. You’ll enhance your analytical, decision making and project management capabilities and learn about specific process and management techniques. You’ll also obtain Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification by the end of the program.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To apply, you must have ONE of the following:
A bachelor's degree and one year of experience in any field
Two years of college and three years of business or management experience in any field
Five years of business or management experience in any field with increasing responsibility
Time Commitment
Including time in class, you should expect to spend about five to seven hours each week on coursework.
English Proficiency
If English is not your native language, you should have at least intermediate English skills to enroll. To see if you qualify, make sure you are at the B2 level on the CEFR self-assessment grid . To learn more, see English Language Proficiency Requirements – Noncredit Programs .
International Students
