About this Course

This course focuses on the management skills and processes required to succeed in a game development studio. You'll learn different development methodologies, such as Agile, and work together in teams to develop a game prototype. You'll also take on roles mirroring those of professional development teams, managing such aspects as management, systems design, prototyping, storyboarding, visual design, plot and character development.
