The name of the game in business management today is process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma — a combination of Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma methodologies — sets the standard. Top companies and organizations are using Lean Six Sigma principles to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs and advance business outcomes, and they are looking to hire people who possess these specialized skills.
This two-course certificate program delivers the full toolbox of Lean Six Sigma concepts, frameworks and practices. You’ll enhance your analytical, decision making and project management capabilities and learn about specific process and management techniques. You’ll also obtain Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification by the end of the program.

Students must have at least three years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree including courses in statistics.

With the exception of the one-time application fee, certificate program fees are charged on a quarterly basis. Payment is due when you register.

Courses in this program include both in-person classroom meetings and online instruction. Online lessons, assignments and other course materials are delivered through a Web-based learning management system that also serves as a hub for communicating with your instructors and classmates. Online coursework can be completed wherever you are, on your own schedule. You simply need to submit the weekly assignments by their due dates.
Attend class in person at one of our convenient locations. You’ll engage face to face with your classmates and instructors as part of a highly interactive curriculum. An online learning management system may be required to access some course materials and assignments.
