A global pandemic. A climate crisis. A social justice movement that is demanding companies and organizations reimagine how they do business. The challenges facing today’s business leaders are formidable and complex. Successful leaders need to be able to develop and implement strategies that meaningfully address these pressing issues in ways that align with the company’s goals and core values. This dexterity will set you apart as a leader who can contribute to organizational planning and lead others in the development and execution of strategic plans.
This three-course certificate program will prepare you to address today’s most pressing business challenges. We’ll discuss the circumstances and considerations that leaders need to account for when creating a business strategy. You’ll work in small teams to take a business strategy through its various stages — initiation, implementation, performance evaluation and future recommendations. You’ll gain the tools you’ll need to confidently lead your team, no matter what hurdles you encounter.
